This employment project started in October 2010 :
1st GOAL : creating faster and more employment for the Chapala Lakeside Area. (at no charge !)  More employment is the solution for many problems.
2nd GOAL : helping the local expats in finding all kinds of help (workers) they need, while living/retiring here, and this in the shortest possible time

If you do have a cleaning lady, caregiver,  .....  you could suggest that they bring their son/daughter as some kind of apprentice.  It really can be a win win situation.  Instead of paying them, offer them a meal or so (for a lot of families here, that one extra meal a day makes a difference).  It will take these kids of the street, they will learn a profession and it will give them some self esteem.  The work for mother/father will become easier and if he/she gets sick, the son/daughter can take over.
Or give them a little pocket money to run one of your errands (or walk your dog).  You can take it out of the gas money, if you were planning to go shopping with your car (and help the environment).
